This course is geared towards those with less than two years’ experience, as well as those brokers who are trying to better their skills in order to obtain more listings, and develop skills to work with business owners and buyers. There are no prerequisites for this course, but it is recommended that participants have taken course #101 or #301, have taken some of the core CBI courses, and have a good understanding of the business brokerage process.
