Independence, OH – October 7, 2025 – The International Business Brokers Association® (IBBA) is pleased to announce the results of its 2026 Board of Governors election. The following individuals were elected by the membership to serve a three-year term from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028:
- Sarah Grossman, CBI – Second Term, Needham, MA
- Austin Zhao, CBI – Second Term, Houston, TX
- Kara Brytzwa, CBI – Second Term, Edmonds, WA
- Brian Stephens, MCBI – First Term, Brandon, FL
- Heather Valeri, CBI – First Term, Mount Pleasant, SC
The Board also unanimously approved Sarah Grossman, CBI, of Massachusetts as the 2027 Chair of the Board.

Board members are nominated by the IBBA Nominating Committee and elected by the membership. Each serves a three-year term, with a maximum of two consecutive terms. The Committee also presents the annual Chair recommendation for Board approval; the Chair serves a one-year term.
