Is the survey anonymous?
All survey data is anonymous. You will be sent to an unrelated site at the end of the survey that asks for your contact information. This site cannot be linked back to the survey results. You must enter your contact information to receive the survey results!
What do participants receive?

I didn’t complete any deals last quarter, can I still participate?
Yes! Any practicing intermediary in the Main Street or Lower Middle Market is encouraged to participate, regardless of the number of deals closed.
I’m part of a firm, should I take this as a firmwide survey?
This survey is to be completed on an individual basis. However, feel free to forward the survey link to all brokers/M&A advisors in your firm.
Do I need to complete the survey in one sitting?
If you get interrupted, lose a connection, or need to take a break, you will be able to resume the survey from where you left off as long as you access it from the same device. Simply click on the original survey link in your email and you should be placed back into the survey where you departed.
