Independence, OH – October 1, 2021 –The International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) is pleased to announce the five individuals elected by membership to serve on its board of governors for the January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 term:

The Board also unanimously approved current board member, Kyle Griffith, CBI of The NYBB Group in New York, NY as the 2023 Chair of the Board.
“We had an exceptionally strong ballot of candidates this year, and I thank all of them for their willingness to support and better the IBBA,” stated Lisa Riley, 2021 IBBA Chair of the Board. “Our elected board members represent a diverse range of skills and expertise but are unified by their passion for our industry. I know their perspectives and experience will enrich the board and make it even more robust.”
New board members are identified by the IBBA nominating committing and then elected by membership vote. Each holds a three-year term, with a maximum service of two sequential terms. The newly elected board members will begin their terms effective January 1, 2022. The committee also presents the Chair recommendation for board approval each year and Chairs serve a one-year term.
