In this course, you will learn the specific requirements of the EB-5 Employment Creation Visa, the L-1 Intra-company Transferee, and the E-2 Treaty Investor Visa from an experienced immigration attorney. You will learn how to work with immigration attorneys to best guide your foreign national client in selecting and purchasing the proper type of business that qualifies for visa status, and if they plan to reside in the US to operate that business, the potential barriers to their immigration.
