(Independence, OH – December 3, 2018) The International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) has partnered with ValuSource to provide IBBA members with free access to the ValuSource Market Comps database (formerly known as the IBA Market Data), a $575 annual value. This database contains more than 37,000 comparables for small to medium sized private businesses and is an invaluable tool for helping Business Brokers properly price businesses for sale.
“The IBBA’s mission is to educate and support Business Brokers and providing our members with access to the leading and largest comps database is a significant enhancement that supports their day to day operations,” said Kylene Golubski, Executive Director of IBBA.
IBBA members will have free access to the Market Comps database by the end of December, 2018. More than 800 industries are included in the database which is updated quarterly.
“We are proud to partner with the IBBA and help more Business Brokers get the data and insights they need to perform one of the most critical functions, properly pricing a business for sale,” stated David Fein, Founder and CEO of ValuSource. “We look forward to working together, and to seeing everyone at the IBBA Conference in May.”
