Independence, OH – September 25, 2024 – The International Business Brokers Association® (IBBA) is pleased to announce the four individuals elected by the membership to serve on its board of governors for the January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027 term:

The Board also unanimously approved current board member Jim Parker of Boss Group International as the 2026 Chair of the Board.
“Our organization is privileged to have a group of talented leaders who are committed to supporting and advancing the profession of Business Brokers,” said Pino Bacinello, IBBA Chair of the Board. “I am excited to have Jim Parker as the 2026 Chair-Elect. His fresh perspectives and energy will greatly benefit our membership, and I look forward to the promising future that lies ahead for our organization.”
New board members are identified by the IBBA nominating committing and then elected by membership vote. Each holds a three-year term, with a maximum service of two sequential terms. The newly elected board members will begin their terms effective January 1, 2025. The committee also presents the Chair recommendation for board approval each year and Chairs serve a one-year term.
