The Board also unanimously approved Erin Crawford, CBI of Calder Associates as the 2025 Chair of the Board.
“Our organization remains fortunate to have such a strong pool of impressive leaders who are willing to dedicate their time and talents to serving their fellow Business Brokers,” stated Kyle Griffith, 2023 IBBA Chair of the Board. “I am especially proud of how many women leaders are emerging, and that Erin Crawford will be at the helm in 2025. Our Board composition continues to reflect the changing face of our industry, representing the new perspectives and voices of our membership. It is an exciting time.”
New board members are identified by the IBBA nominating committing and then elected by membership vote. Each holds a three-year term, with a maximum service of two sequential terms. The newly elected board members will begin their terms effective January 1, 2024. The committee also presents the Chair recommendation for board approval each year and Chairs serve a one-year term.
