Independence, OH – September 25, 2020 – The International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) is pleased to announce the three individuals elected by membership to serve on its board of governors for the January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023 term:

The Board also unanimously approved current board member, Randy Bring, CBI, CM&AP of Transworld Business Advisors, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL as the 2022 Chair of the Board.
“The IBBA was once again fortunate to have such a strong and deserving ballot of board candidates this year,” stated Barry Berkowitz, 2020 IBBA Chair of the Board. “Each of our three elected board members brings an incredible amount of experience, depth and passion to the association. We are grateful for their service and know they will do great things for members in the years ahead.”
New board members are identified by the IBBA nominating committing and then elected by membership vote. Each holds a three-year term, with a maximum service of two sequential terms. The newly elected board members will begin their terms effective January 1, 2021. The committee also presents the Chair recommendation for board approval each year and Chairs serve a one-year term.
