1. Retain a higher percentage of IBBA and M&A Source members in 2010 than in 2009
2. Recruit a higher number of new IBBA and M&A Source members in 2010 than in 2009
3. Improve the overall value proposition of membership, and effectively communicate this to current and prospective members
