The Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI) is pleased to offer Course #280 – Effective Negotiations for Business Brokers to CABI Members, IBBA Members, and to all in the business brokerage industry.

Course #280 – Effective Negotiations for Business Brokers will be taught on October 12, 2017 in Denver, CO by industry veteran Michael Marks. By enrolling in this course, you will how working with unsophisticated and emotional parties in a transaction can be both challenging and frustrating. You will discover how to become an effective third-party negotiator throughout the process of listing, marketing and closing a small business transaction. Learn how to apply negotiation principles, techniques and tactics to achieve the best results possible. As well as, participate in exercises and role-playing that improve negotiation skills when working with sellers, buyers and their advisors. This course is recommended for new and experienced business brokers, however there are no prerequisites.
