Mark McLean

I am originally from West Virginia and hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. After graduating, I spent 10+ years in construction management. Despite comfortable careers, my wife and I decided to pursue a lifelong dream of opening a dog daycare and boarding business in Charleston. We were able to transform our business into a highly successful operation in just two years, but following the birth of our daughter, we decided to sell the business. In the process, I worked with a reputable broker who facilitated a smooth transaction and secured top dollar for our business. This experience ignited my desire to assist other business owners in achieving similar success. I acquired my SC real estate license and, three months later, came across an excellent opportunity to take over the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant VR franchise. I am excited to help other Lowcountry business owners achieve similar outcomes when they're ready to sell their business.
