A resident of Bradenton since 2012, Ken was a career banker having assisted numerous individuals and companies in financing warehouses, medical office facilities, and special purpose properties. Ken is now directing his efforts in representing buyers and sellers in pursuit of their real estate investment goals and tenants and landlords in the leasing space. Ken is responsible for the business brokerage group within Wagner Realty.
A native Floridian, Ken is a graduate of Saint Leo University where he majored in Economics and Business Administration. Besides being an active broker in Florida since 2000, he also holds a real estate broker’s license in Texas.
Ken is a former president of the Saint Leo University Alumni Association and Treasurer of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.
