Course 304: Legal Issues of More Complex Transactions

Examine a transaction from a legal perspective to gain a better understanding of the way attorneys and Courts view transactions. By having a better understanding of the legal aspects and the attorney and Court viewpoints, brokers will be in a position to (a) mitigate broker liability by identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise; (b) have more informed conversations with buyers’ and sellers’ attorneys, and (c) preserve and protect their broker fees by avoiding deal-killing surprises. This 4-hour course is designed for business brokers handling transactions in the $1MM to $5MM range.
