Being an entrepreneur is in Pat’s blood, he grew up in the family grocery business. Pat and his wife owned a Budget Blinds Franchise for 14 years. After selling their business in 2019, he looked back on the experience and was frustrated with the process. He decided to become a business broker and purchase a Murphy Business Sales franchise to assist other business owners through the transition process. Pat always puts his client’s needs and interests first and is an excellent negotiator and helping both sides in a deal find the common ground needed to close a deal. Pat has closed over $19 Million in transactions since 2020. Pat and his wife Amy have been married for 29 years and have a son and daughter, and 3 year old twin golden retrievers. When Pat is not at work you will typically find him and his wife Amy spending time with their children, family, friends and his dogs. Pat is not good at sitting still and enjoys golfing, fishing, working outdoors, and especially cooking.
