Kate Zuckerman

Kate Zuckerman is the founder and principal of Conscious Consults, a business brokerage firm serving purpose-driven entrepreneurs ready to exit. With 25+ years of business experience—including co-founding and successfully selling her own company—she brings firsthand knowledge of what it means to build something meaningful and let it go. Kate specializes in businesses with $250K–$2M in annual revenue. Her approach combines rigorous valuation and deal expertise with genuine attention to what sellers care about beyond the financials: employees, customers, and the legacy of what they've built. A member of the IBBA and advisor to the Central Virginia SBDC, Kate is embedded in the regional business ecosystem while supporting transactions across the Mid-Atlantic. Kate holds a BA from Pitzer College and a Graduate Certificate from Harvard Extension School, and lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
