Patrick Johnston

Patrick is a Managing Director with IBG’s Gulf Coast Region and is responsible for client acquisition and management throughout the region, bringing close to 2 decades of business intermediary experience to help his clients navigate the business sales process and achieve successful exit outcomes. Experience Patrick’s 18+ years of business brokering experience includes 15 years as a partner in a dental practice specialty brokerage based in Texas, and most recently, 3 years as a franchise owner for a national generalist business brokerage franchise system. He has brokered over 150 businesses during this time with a total enterprise value of over $60 million. He also has experience in hospitality and healthcare practice management, as well as healthcare software/digital technology sales.
