My professional experience spans 50 plus years, during which time I
successfully negotiated many commercial real estate sales contracts,
service and management agreements, hundreds of leasing assignments
for both Landlords’ interests and Tenants’ best interests. I have sold
several businesses, such as childcare centers, manufacturing businesses, commercial maintenance firms, retail sales businesses, service firms, and successfully completed several multi-million-dollar construction management assignments. I have negotiated the settlement of hundreds of catastrophic insurance claims with no record of any complaints for State Farm and other firms. This range of experience is what qualifies me to be able to understand the needs of clients and to help them achieve their real estate and/or business purchase/sales objectives! The length of my tenure in the business equips me with the kind of knowledge that it takes to solve problems, keep deals together and eventually get them closed.
