The 40+ years experience working as a CPA provided opportunities to work for business buyers and sellers. Additionally I worked 2 years as president of a 40 employee manufacturing company. For several transactions with clients I acted as a broker. For many others I was a consultant on negotiations and due diligence. Business Acquisitions now has locations in New Mexico, Texas, New York and North Carolina. We mainly work in main street and lower middle market up to $25,000,000 in annual revenue.
