Hillis Davis MBA

Hillis Davis is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Total Air & Plumbing, where he oversees operations, sales growth, and service excellence for one of the region’s long-standing home-services companies. Earlier in his career, Hillis held leadership roles with Carrier Corporation and Carrier Enterprise, where he focused on product management, strategic growth initiatives, and acquisition analysis and integration. Known for combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership, he has a strong track record in profit and loss management, team development, and operational performance. Beyond this work, Hillis is a co-founder of the Soul Patrol Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting health, wellness, cycling education, and scholarships through community engagement.
