Hillis Davis MBA

Hillis Davis is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Total Air & Plumbing, where he leads operations, sales growth, and service excellence for one of the region’s long-standing home services companies. Earlier in his career, Hillis held leadership roles with Carrier Corporation, Carrier Enterprise, Mitsubishi Electric, and Lennox Industries, focusing on product management, strategic growth initiatives, and acquisition analysis and integration. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with both large organizations and small privately held home services companies, helping owners strengthen operations, improve profitability, and position their businesses for sustainable growth. Hillis is also a co-founder of the Soul Patrol Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting health, wellness, cycling education, and scholarships through community engagement.
