Gerald Kong

With a diverse background in business, Gerald Kong brings knowledge, experience, and success to the Trinity Executive team, with over 20 years’ experience in senior management leading startup, growth and expansion stage ventures. He began his management career with the startup TJ Applebee’s in 1985; has run large national sales divisions for Americo, Life Partner’s Group and Dallas Based AIM Companies. Mr. Kong has also purchased and sold companies of his own. In 2002, Mr. Kong founded Trinity Transaction Advisory, focused on assisting lower-middle-market companies in divestitures and exit strategies. Mr. Kong has helped hundreds of clients over the past 20+ years. Mr. Kong received his BBA in Marketing from the Melchor College of Business at University of Houston and is also a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) by the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors.
