Kit Webster

Kit has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, including the strategic selling of multi-million-dollar projects. He has held positions of CEO, President, and CFO of both privately and publicly held companies. In his prior positions he has been responsible for mergers and acquisitions and obtaining financing, among other things, including a public offering, through venture capitalists and strategic partners. He brings a unique combination of strategic, operational, financial, and technical skills to the table, including international experience in Japan, the United Kingdom, Europe, Mexico, and Australia. Kit has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Electrical Engineering degrees from Rice University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
