Jim Shaub

Jim Shaub a 25+ year, business intermediary, investor, and banker, has been involved in all aspects of a business. His experience includes buying, selling, and on the Board of a startup bank, they took public on the NASDAQ, family management ownership, and restructurings. He is a published journal author on the subjects of financing a business, and investment business analysis. He is adept and experienced at analyzing a business’s tax returns, financial statements, and P&L's. After graduating Vanderbilt with a degree in business, he joined the family business learning the dynamics of a family business. As a licensed realtor who developed properties, he is able to offer guidance when selling businesses with real estate involved. Working with his and the owner’s team of CPA, financial and legal advisors, he will work diligently, seeking to maximize profits on the sale.
