Adam earned his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association. He has also received his Certified Mergers & Acquisition Professional (CM&AP) certification from the M&A Source and his Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation. Adam is an enthusiastic, caring and driven business professional committed to educating, and being an advocate for the Merger & Acquisition / Business Brokerage community. He is a proud and active member of the M&A Source, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Carolinas-Virginia Business Brokers Association (CVBBA), where he recently served as the organization’s President. In addition, Adam is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
