Nick Fares is the President of Summit Capital Advisors, a leading M&A advisory firm serving lower-middle market manufacturing, industrial, distribution, and B2B service companies with $1M–$100M in revenue across the Great Lakes and Midwest regions. Before becoming an M&A advisor, Nick was a business owner himself. He built, operated, acquired, and sold manufacturing and industrial companies, giving him firsthand experience in operations and on both sides of the deal table leading acquisitions, negotiating transactions, and completing his own successful exit. Nick founded Summit Capital Advisors to provide industry-specific, experience-driven guidance to owners preparing for and executing a sale. He advises clients throughout the M&A process with a focus on preparation, positioning, disciplined execution, and thoughtful buyer selection. Nick is also the author of Amazon best-seller American-Made Millions: How to Unlock the True Value of Your Manufacturing Business Before Selling.
