Grady Collins is the founder of Main Street Exit Partners, a preparation-first business brokerage focused on owner-led companies in Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding area. MSEP was built around a simple idea: most business sales are shaped before the first buyer conversation. Grady works with business owners on exit readiness, buyer confidence, diligence preparation, confidentiality planning, and disciplined sale processes designed to help owners prepare before going to market. Before founding MSEP, Grady spent more than 20 years in accounting and finance leadership roles, including a Deloitte audit background, CFO-level leadership experience, acquisition-related work, and finance roles inside both public and private companies. That background shapes how he approaches business sales today: buyers evaluate more than revenue. They look at transferability, operational clarity, and documentation.
