Dan Popovich is the Principal Broker at POP! Realty Advisors, a full-service brokerage specializing in real estate and business transactions across Northeast Ohio. With deep experience in commercial, residential, and business brokerage, Dan leads operations, manages client portfolios, and drives strategic growth. A Certified Business Intermediary, he also runs three investment firms and has closed numerous transactions across sectors. Prior to launching POP!, Dan worked at Coldwell Banker and served 15 years in federal leadership roles following active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s in Business from Cleveland State. Passionate about empowering others through real estate and business, Dan lives in Avon with his wife and two daughters.
