Brian York

Brian is originally from Windham, Maine and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston. He worked in the retirement/pension business for over 7 years, but decided to turn his passion for real estate into a business. He received his real estate licenses in 2001 so he could buy and sell his own investment properties. He became rookie of the year his first year in real estate and realized his calling for helping others do the same. Over his 20 year career in real estate sales and consulting he has sold over 1000 properties on behalf of his clients. He has personally bought, rented, flipped, and sold over 50 personal investments all over the east coast. In 2009 he received his CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) certification, which taught him how to help owners sell their business on their terms.
