A native of Dayton, Ohio and graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Steve moved to the Charlotte area in 1997 to start a business distributing and installing warehouse storage and handling equipment. After 20 years of building and running the business, Steve successfully sold the company in 2018. Not ready to retire just yet, Steve has worked in lower middle market M&A since 2019, helping buyers and sellers navigate the process of transferring ownership. As a former business owner, Steve understands that selling a business is one of the most important decisions an owner will ever make.
