James Guin III

Tripp Guin is the Principal and Broker-in-Charge of TRIPP Commercial, LLC, specializing in tenant representation, brokerage, and corporate services. A recognized leader in Charlotte commercial real estate, he has earned multiple CRCBR Million Dollar Club production awards, including Silver, Gold, and Platinum honors, and was named CRCBR Rookie of the Year in 2006. Mr. Guin earned the prestigious SIOR designation in 2012 and was recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal's Forty Under 40 in 2011 for his business leadership and community involvement. Before founding TRIPP Commercial, he founded and led Referral Resource, Sales Force Partners, and Carolinas Realty Network.
