Vishal Bharucha is the Founder and President of VNB Business Brokers, a full-service M&A advisory firm specializing in the sale of small and lower middle market businesses with annual revenues between $1 million and $20 million. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience launching, growing, and successfully selling companies. For more than a decade, he founded and operated two retail foreign exchange trading brokerage and technology firms, growing them into multi-million-dollar businesses before successfully navigating their sale to a third-party acquirer. That experience ignited his passion for business brokerage and M&A advisory, and drove him to found VNB Business Brokers to help fellow business owners achieve their exit goals. Additionally, Vishal has negotiated hundreds of commercial real estate transactions with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 firms and held leadership positions with industry-leading financial services organizations.
