Vishal Bharucha is President of VNB Business Brokers and a seasoned serial entrepreneur with extensive experience launching, growing, and successfully selling businesses. For 10+ years, Vishal owned and operated two Foreign Exchange brokerage and technology firms, both of which were acquired. Negotiating these complex sales ignited his passion for Business Brokerage. Vishal has also negotiated hundreds of commercial real estate deals for startups to Fortune 500 firms and held leadership roles in top financial services organizations. He holds a BBA in Finance and International Business (Hofstra University), a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Stanford), is a Master Certified Business Intermediary, Licensed Real Estate Broker, and active IBBA member.
