Jeffery Stutzman is founder and CEO of Monadnock Cyber LLC and creator of REFax™. A former Navy Intelligence Officer who also served as a senior telecommunications specialist in the Coast Guard, he held senior roles at Cisco, Northrop Grumman, Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute, and the DoD Cyber Crime Center before founding and selling Trusted Internet, an MSSP. He holds an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and completed a Senior Executive Fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School. He has also completed Harvard's CS50 and MIT's Building AI Products and Services programs. His work has been cited in the Wall Street Journal and Wired Magazine, with interviews on NH Public Radio and Headline News Network. Jeff applies military intelligence tradecraft to commercial applications, building AI-powered platforms that deliver actionable property intelligence.
