David has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. David formed Talon Commercial Real Estate and co-founded Transwestern Investment Realty. His companies acquired more than $400 million in commercial investment properties and land across the country as a principal and brokered more than $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
David is a native Las Vegan and 4th generation Nevadan. He graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) with a bachelor's degree in Finance. In addition to IBBA, David is a member of the Nevada Restaurant Association (NvRA).
