Kathy Stubbs

Kathy Stubbs, RPA® is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent, Commercial Property Manager, and Business Broker. She has over 30 years of commercial property management experience, managing the assets of Owner/Developers, Financial Institutions, Bank Receiverships, private investors, and REIT’s. She has extensive experience in operations and capital budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations and retention, lease negotiations, and contract negotiations. Kathy has served on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 99 and Southern Nevada Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM Chapter). Kathy’s restaurant experience, as an Owner and/or Landlord, includes regional and national restaurants. Her experience includes Round Table Pizza, as an Owner of 5 Las Vegas locations (beer and wine sales) and Tapas lounge and bar as an Owner (full Liquor License).
