April Femrite has been a licensed Minnesota Business Broker since 2016 and specializes in the sale and purchase of manufacturing, hospitality, retail and service companies. She brings with her many years of experience as a small business owner (Naturally Bamboo and Bent River Outfitter) along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She provides professional, knowledgeable representation to clients during the process of selling or buying of privately held businesses. Services offered include: buyer consulting and representation, broker opinion of business value, marketing of the business with confidentiality, screening of potential buyers, facilitating negotiations, managing due diligence investigation and coordinating all aspects of the business sale.
