Nick Groen joined Groen, Kluka & Company, P.C. as a staff accountant in 2010 and is a Certified Public Accountant. While with the firm he has provided a variety of tax and accounting services, including audits, valuations, corporate and individual income tax return preparation, tax planning and other tax related responsibilities. He has specialized in cash flow forecasting, business valuation, bankruptcy turnarounds, and financial statement analysis and is a member of the GK & Co valuation, litigation support, and M&A team.
He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. He then completed his Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Finance at Walsh College.
He is also a member through the NEBB Institute as a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser and Senior Business Analyst to aid in the valuation for asset based lending and liquidation valuations.
He is a member of the AICPA & MICPA.
