As both a business broker and commercial real estate broker, Buddy brings extensive expertise across every stage of a business sale. A strong negotiator, he is committed to achieving the best possible price and terms for his clients. Buddy has owned and operated retail, manufacturing, and technology businesses. Most notably, he was Co-Founder and President of New World Technologies, a computer company named by Inc. magazine as the sixth-fastest-growing privately held company in America. His broad, hands-on business experience gives him valuable insight when guiding buyers and sellers through every phase of an acquisition. The International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) has honored Buddy multiple times with its prestigious Chairman’s Circle Award for outstanding performance in business brokerage, most recently in 2025.
