Omari Kamal is a financial professional and business advisor with over 24 years of experience in investment management, private equity, public accounting, mergers & acquisitions, and small business advisory services. He is the Founder and CEO of P&G Advisors, a Chicago-based firm focused on improving profitability, strengthening financial infrastructure, and maximizing enterprise value for business owners. Omari began his career in investment management and private equity, evaluating businesses and value drivers from a buyer’s perspective. He later built deep expertise in accounting, cash flow management, and tax strategy. As a Value Builder Advisor and Profit First Professional, he specializes in exit readiness and value acceleration for owner-operated and middle-market businesses. He holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS in Finance from Roosevelt University and is based in Chicago, Illinois.
