Jay Lee

Jay Lee brings more than 12 years of entrepreneurial experience to business brokerage. He has built and operated multiple online businesses, including one he successfully sold. He later founded More Than Pickleball, a 30,000-square-foot indoor sports and hospitality business in the Atlanta metro area. He built the company from the ground up, developed it into a franchise system, and ultimately sold the business. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Jay spent more than two decades as a university professor and graduate program director. His combination of analytical experience and firsthand business ownership gives him a practical understanding of operations, growth, valuation, and the challenges owners face when preparing to sell. He now uses that experience to help business owners prepare for successful exits and buyers identify opportunities that fit their goals.
