I run the frontend processes of a buy-side M&A advisory practice with 25 years of institutional knowledge behind it. We only represent buyers. Our clients fall into two categories. The first are individuals transitioning from corporate careers to business ownership through acquisition. The second are companies in the $10M-$50M revenue range that want to grow through M&A but don't have the internal team to run the process. I handle deal sourcing, outreach, owner conversations, financial modeling, and pipeline management across manufacturing, distribution, medical devices, technology, professional services, and more. Before BTS, I worked on the sell side at Sunbelt Business Brokers in Atlanta, which is useful for understanding how the other side of the table thinks.
