Sal is a seasoned Business Broker and M&A Advisor with 25 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, real estate, and private investments. He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) who brings a strategic, value-driven approach to each transaction.
He co-founded Transworld Business Advisors in Quebec, scaled and exited the business, then relocated to Florida. Sal also managed a real estate investment fund, overseeing acquisitions, operations, and a successful exit.
Earlier, he held roles in Strategy and Sales at a global engineering consultancy (K&A), and was a key executive at a major development firm, contributing to the sale of over two million square feet of mixed-use real estate. He also worked as an investment specialist at Cushman & Wakefield.
Sal led the sale of large-scale enterprises, including a 5-star hotel valued over $100M, and has owned and exited businesses in the fashion and F&B sectors. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida.
