Ben Wagner

Ben Wagner is Managing Director and Co-Founder of BRiNQ Ventures, a Sarasota, Florida business brokerage and exit advisory firm. BRiNQ operates under Florida Business Opportunities, Inc., a licensed Florida brokerage, and helps owners sell their businesses and buyers acquire them. Ben has a background in CFO leadership, private equity operations, international management consulting, forensic and public accounting, and he has served on boards and as an advisor to a range of companies. That gives him a practical view of valuation, add-backs, SBA financing, and due diligence from both sides of the table. He helps sellers get ready for market, tell the real story behind their numbers, and reach qualified buyers confidentially, then guides the deal through to closing. Ben is also Co-Founder of LiNQ Ventures, a fractional CFO and AI advisory firm, and co-author of two books on applied AI for business. He is a licensed Florida sales associate.
