Crissy Collins is the Founder and Principal Broker of Harvest 45 Business Brokers, where she helps business owners maximize the value of the companies they've worked so hard to build. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Georgia Real Estate Salesperson, she combines business valuation, strategic marketing, and strong negotiation skills to guide sellers through every step of the process. Crissy has experience working with HVAC, home service, franchise, retail, manufacturing, and service-based businesses. Before becoming a business broker, she built, scaled, and sold a successful multi-state HVAC company, giving her firsthand experience with the challenges, risks, and rewards of business ownership. She believes every business has a story, every owner deserves honest advice, and every transaction should be handled with integrity, transparency, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcome.
