Experience is everything: Carrie Duvall has transacted millions in sales annually. She founded 1st & Main Partners in 2016 to provide business owners with expert, caring advisory services. In 2026, the firm merged with 1858 Capital Partners, expanding its lower-middle-market division, Winter Park Capital.
Carrie’s background spans commercial banking, economic development, retail leadership and entrepreneurship. She spent seven years in commercial banking, including SBA lending, underwriting and management of a $6 billion deposit portfolio. In retail, she managed 3,000+ employees across seven states and Puerto Rico and earned Top Regional Manager for 11 consecutive quarters.
At the National Entrepreneur Center, Carrie founded the award-winning Advisory Board Council, still thriving 20 years later. She also founded a technology firm serving Fortune 1000 companies and the State of California. Based in Orlando, Carrie advises business owners throughout Florida and the eastern US.
