Sylvia Mullen

Sylvia has over 10 years of SBA commercial lending, legal and marketing experience along with excellent time management skills. She has worked closely with buyers, sellers and lenders to take hundreds of transactions to the closing table. Sylvia has earned the respect of past and current clients, including the continuing high regards from her colleagues which she has never ceased to amaze. Always available and willing, she understands that no single transaction is as important as the relationships she establishes with the clients. Sylvia attended Florida Atlantic University, she is a commissioned Florida Notary Public and member of the International Business Brokers Association. She enjoys a healthy work/life balance, which includes taking lead of the education committee of her broker organization. She speaks three languages, enabling her to establish a greater connection with people by being able to communicate with a great number of clients from different cultural backgrounds.
