Ryan Cave is a Florida-based business broker and M&A advisor focused on service businesses in the $2M to $15M enterprise value range. As President of Sunbelt Business Brokers of South Florida, he leads confidential sell-side processes targeting strategic acquirers, private equity platforms, and independent sponsors. He has advised on transactions representing over $500M in closed volume. Recent transactions include a $9.5M painting contractor sale to a strategic buyer, $6.5M insurance agency to an independent sponsor, $5.3M franchise resale, $5M fencing contractor, and $2.9M medspa. Ryan holds the CBI, CM&AP, and M&AMI designations, earned his MBA from the University of Florida, and serves as Chairman of the Business Brokers of Florida.
