Joe Shemansky

Joe is the Broker/founder of We Sell Construction Businesses. The IBBA has certified him as a CBI and MCBI. He holds the M&AMI designation through M&A Source & earned a CM&AP through KSU. Less than 40 individuals worldwide maintain all four of these designations. Joe's leadership roles testify to his credibility & dedication to the industry. He has been a member of the IBBA since 2012 and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He has also been a member of an IBBA sister organization, the Business Brokers of Florida, since 2003, serving on its board of directors since 2018. His service as Chairman of the Business Brokers of Florida (2021 through 2023) further underscores his leadership in the field. We Sell Construction Businesses is a business brokerage and M&A firm specializing in selling all construction-related businesses, from specialty trades like roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to the manufacturing and distribution companies that supply the industry.
