Before joining Edison Business Advisors, Keith was a Principal at HBK CPAs & Consultants, a top 50 U.S. accounting and advisory firm, where he led the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services and Corporate Finance practice areas. In that role, he also served as an investment banking representative with a third-party broker-dealer, helping clients raise capital, acquire businesses, or exit through a coordinated and well-executed succession process. Throughout his career, Keith has worked closely with small and mid-sized businesses to support them at some of the most critical points in their journey—especially when planning for and realizing the value of their life’s work.
