Brian Hunter Hardman is a registered business intermediary and member of the International Business Brokers Association focused on lower middle-market businesses across the United States. Brian began his career with Simon Property Group
in Indianapolis before relocating to Florida, where he led the renovation and sale of The Palladium Flats, a LEED-registered smart mid-rise condominium conversion project in downtown St. Petersburg. He later owned and operated businesses around the world and worked with family offices in different capacities before entering the business brokerage industry. Brian sold his first company at age 23 and today enjoys the Southwest Florida lifestyle and business community.
